·  Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.

·  Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.

·  Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize the deployment of our Company assets and achieve sales targets set by our Company.

·  Coordinate with Operations Department and customers in scope of work and project executions as well asresponding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.

·  Support Operations Administrations Executive to prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers punctually as well as facilitate prompt receive of payment from customers and final accounts for completed projects.

·  Refresh Company website and marketing materials frequently and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness. 

·  Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for Management.

·  Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.

·  Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.

·  Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.

·  Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

Pre-Requisites:

·  Diploma or degree in any field of study. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

·  Well-groomed individual with strong interpersonal, communication and written skills as well as possess own vehicle.

·  Team player with strong workethics, initiative and ability to multi-task under tight timelines.

·  Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Requirements 

• Hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council

• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.

• Hospital experience desired but not necessary.

• Able to work independently or with minimal guidance.

• Good listening and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize colour formulations using colour theory to achieve precise target shades.

• Perform colour matching across different polymer systems (e.g., PC, ABS, PP) while maintaining material properties.

• Operate colour spectrophotometer using SCI and SCE methods and interpret colour data (LAB, ΔE).

• Prepare clear and professional reports for customer review and internal documentation.

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and translate them into formulation solutions.

• Source and evaluate alternative raw materials based on cost, availability, and performance.

• Operate injection molding machines and extruders to produce test samples and colour plaques.

• Optimize processing parameters to ensure colour consistency and troubleshoot defects (e.g., streaking, degradation).

• Maintain proper documentation of formulations, trials, and processing conditions.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field.

• Experience in colour matching, masterbatch, or polymer compounding is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with spectrophotometer (SCI/SCE) is required.

• Familiarity with injection molding and/or extrusion is strongly preferred.

• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python) are a plus

• Strong understanding of colour theory and practical matching techniques.

• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
