Fund & Client Support Analyst / Associate

Provide operational and client-facing support to Relationship Managers (RMs) and investment teams across fund, client, bank, broker, custodian and administrator matters to ensure timely, accurate and compliant fund operations and investor servicing.

We’re searching for a Technician to be part of our Automation & Systems (AMHS & Support) Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

• Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Automated Material Handling Systems to ensure smooth and continuous material flow.
• Monitor AMHS performance via control systems and dashboards.
• Respond promptly to system alarms and faults, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on conveyors, OHT (Overhead Transport), stockers, hoists, and related subsystems.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule and checklists.
• Conduct inspections and routine servicing of mechanical, electrical, and sensor components.
• Replace worn or faulty parts such as belts, motors, sensors, and actuators.
• Identify causes of AMHS malfunctions using diagnostic tools and system logs.

More about you:

• High school diploma or technical certification required.
