• Proficiency in scripting/programming: PowerShell, Python, or Bash (minimum 2 languages).
• Solid understanding of Windows Server administration (2012–2019): Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, patch management.
• Experience with IT monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services, especially CloudWatch, EC2, S3, and IAM.
• Experience with report generation tools or frameworks (e.g., scheduled PowerShell reports, Python pandas/Excel exports, HTML email reports).
• Understanding of ITSM tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow for automated ticket creation and reporting integration.

ITOperations Background

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations roles.
• Hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments, VMware, or Linux.
• Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas NetBackup, Acronis) and their reporting/alerting capabilities.
• Understanding of IT security practices: vulnerability scanning, patch compliance, CIS benchmarks.
• Experience in incident management, change management, or IT service delivery (ITIL knowledge advantageous).

PreferredQualifications

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps tooling (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Ansible).
• Exposure to SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and log aggregation for security reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Diploma with strong experience considered).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure multifunction printers (MFPs) and print servers.
• Implement and support print management, document capturing, and document
• management systems across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid setups.
• Integrate MFPs &/or solutions with customer IT environments: Windows Server/Client
• OS, macOS, ARM, Android, IOS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, network
• segmentation, firewall coordination, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365,
• Google Workspace, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Google Drive.
• Configure scanning workflows, OCR, SMB/FTP, and cloud routing.
• Provide Helpdesk support and manage escalations.
• Troubleshoot printing, network, identity, and workflow issues.
• Provide internal staff training & support.
• Support pre-sales activities, project management and assist with technical proposals.
• Produce technical documentation and SOPs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, or Computer Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, and firewalls.
• Experience with Operating Systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, Cloud Applications
• Services (M365 & Google Workspace)
• Familiarity with print/scan environments, capture solutions, or DMS is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
