The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Performance Marketing Associate to support and execute our day-to-day performance marketing operations.
You will work directly with the Growth& Performance Marketing Lead to run campaigns, build funnels, execute content, and optimize performance across channels.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Mission of the Role
Support the execution and optimization of Innerwork Circle’s paid acquisition and digital growth engine by:
- Running and optimizing campaigns daily
- Building and updating landing pages and funnels
- Creating and iterating high-performing content
- Tracking performance and identifying improvement opportunities
Your role is to turn strategy into execution and execution into results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution (Core Focus)
o Setup, launch, and manage campaigns across:
· Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
· Google Ads
· LinkedIn (as needed)
· TikTok (as needed)
o Implement targeting, creatives, budgets, and tracking
o Monitor campaigns daily and make optimizations (bids, audiences, creatives)
o Ensurecampaigns are delivered on time and aligned to objectives
2. Creative & Content Execution
o Assistin creating performance-driven content including:
· Short-form videos (Reels / TikTokstyle)
· Ad copy and hooks
· Landing page content
o Translatebriefs into execution-ready assets
o Workwith designers / editors where required
o Continuouslyiterate creatives based on performance data
3. Funnel & Landing Page Management
o Build and update landing pages, registration flows, andsales pages
o Ensure alignment between ads, messaging, and landingexperience
o Improve conversion rates through small, continuous optimizations
4. Data Tracking& Reporting
o Track daily campaign performance (CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions)
o Maintain dashboards and performance reports
o Flag issues and opportunities quickly
o Support weekly reporting and insights
5. Testing &Optimization
o Run structured A/B tests across:
· Creatives
· Headlines and hooks
· Audiences
· Landing pages
o Document learningsand scale winning variations
6. Operational Support
o Manage campaign timelines and deliverables
o Coordinate with content, partnerships, and sales teams
o Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns tied toevents and programs
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have
o 2–5 years of experience or strong internship exposure in digital marketing, paid ads, or content marketing
o Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads
o Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
o Willingness to learn, test, and iterate quickly
o Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and numbers
Strongly Preferred
o Experience creating short-form video content
o Familiarity with landing page builders and basic funnel tools
o Exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
o Interest in psychology, storytelling, or human behavior
