• Support the procurement of operational and capital expenditure items, including medical supplies, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase requests, arranging deliveries, and processing invoices and delivery orders.
• Work closely with internal departments and vendors on inventory management activities.
• Monitor inventory consumption, contract balances, and procurement requirements.
• Track utilisation of operational and capital expenditure budgets within the assigned area.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative, operations support, or clerical experience.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, or clinical environments will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Assistant Executive Director to oversee day-to-day operations and supporting the achievement of the organisation's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Support the Executive Director in implementing organisational strategies and achieving operational goals.
• Lead operational planning, process improvement, business continuity, and talent development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and organisational effectiveness.

 Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, and funding requirements.
