This role plays a critical part inenabling reliable customer delivery and revenue outcomes by strengtheningdemand planning, forecasting, and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning(SIOP) processes. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, SupplyChain, Finance, and regional teams to improve planning accuracy, enhanceinformation flow, and support global supply chain initiatives, includingmergers and acquisitions.
In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be:
· Develop and implement effective productplanning and forecasting processes, including re‑engineeringand automating manual activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
· Collaborate within the SIOP process to ensurealignment with customer delivery expectations and revenue objectives.
· Identify key demand risks and incorporate theminto contingency planning while improving the quality and timeliness ofinformation flow between Sales and Supply Chain teams.
· Support global demand planning strategies,including execution of supply chain initiatives related to mergers andacquisitions.
· Plan, coordinate, and provide support forglobal demand planning projects.
· Manage Asia Pacific SIOP planning processesacross multiple manufacturing sites, driving consistency and continuous processimprovement.
· Facilitate monthly AP SIOP planning meetingsand actively participate in planning, operations review, and projectdiscussions.
· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing,Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Finance, and affiliate countries togather and align critical planning inputs.
· Maintain planning procedures and processdocumentation to ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
· Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules,including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, ifprovided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act thatmay endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providingsuggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:
· At least 3 years of relevant experience indemand planning, SIOP, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related planning role.
· A strong understanding of forecasting,production planning, and cross‑functional supply chainprocesses.
· The ability to analyze data, identify risks,and develop practical planning solutions.
· Effective presentation, analytical andproblem-solving skills.
· Good communication, and collaboration skillsto work with cross‑functional and regional teams.
· Experience working with enterprise planning orERP systems.
· A background or strong exposure tomanufacturing or operations environments.
Preferred Qualifications ThatSet You Apart:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering(electrical/electronic/mechanical), business administration, supply chain, or arelated field.
· Exposure to Oracle is beneficial but notrequired.
