Your Role:
You will be the vital link in the Unreal Personal Training experience. This role is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for all clients,ensuring a professional, organised, and welcoming front-desk environment. Youwill maintain smooth daily operations and provide essential support to ourtrainers and management team.
Your Job Scope:
1. Client Experience & First Impressions
· Warmly and professionally greetall clients, ensuring a positive first impression that sets the tone for theirsession.
· Efficiently handle clientcheck-ins, payments, and session tracking using our gym’s CRM system (Momence).
· Serve as the first line ofcontact, managing WhatsApp and email inquiries promptly and escalating complexqueries to management as required.
2. Gym Operations & Readiness
· Execute detailed opening andclosing procedures according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), includingmanaging lighting, air conditioning, music (Sonos setup), and security lock-up.
· Proactively perform periodicwalkthroughs throughout your shift to ensure the reception, training floor, andclient areas remain clean, tidy, and professionally presented.
· Restock all consumables,including towels, beverages, and washroom supplies, flagging any shortagesimmediately to the Operations Manager.
3. Administrative & Team Coordination
· Accurately process all clientpayment transactions and assist with sending invoices.
· Maintain operational records,including supporting staff attendance logging and tracking client sessioncounts.
· Facilitate clear and seamlesscommunication between trainers, management, and external vendors (e.g.,cleaners, delivery partners) to resolve daily logistical issues.
· Provide ad hoc administrative and logistical assistance for internalteam requests, campaigns, or planned content days.
