• Proficiency in 3D Studio MAX and Photoshop.Skill sets such as space planning, concept generation, including freehand 3D sketches
• Ability to lead large-scale projects with minimum supervision
• Understanding of multimedia technology and the process of researching the latest trends
• Technical knowledge of production and on-site experience
• Good communication and presentation skills

Job Scope and Requirements:

• Previous experience in outreach, publicity, or communications work
• Basic graphic design or digital content creation abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in event support or coordination
• Good to have: Proficiency in web development and coding (particularly Vibe coding for microsite creation)
• Experience with content management systems and learning platforms
• Customer service experience with ability to handle enquiries professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong attention to detail for content creation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and design tools like Canva
