[Your Role & Responsibilities]

• Assist with day-to-day administration of trust portfolios and the underlying structure, including but not limited to opening new bank or brokerage accounts, distribution to beneficiaries, fund transfer, and any work that is required.
• Work with professional advisors, investment managers and banks on trust administration related matters.
• Assist with periodic reviews of assigned trust portfolios to ensure they are being administered in accordance with the trust deeds, the company’s policies, and legal and tax requirements.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and updated trust records.
• Assist to prepare trustee minutes, resolutions, or any trust related documents as guided by the Supervisor.
• Assist in invoicing and debtor collection on timely manner
• Provide any other assistance as required by your supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

[Skills & Experience]

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Trust Administration or a relevant field. If you have 1 year of relevant Trust experience and are passionate to pursue a career in Trust, you are welcome to apply. Compensation will commensurate accordingly with experience.

Job Description

• Responsible for managing month-end closing activities including property tax, depreciation, and investment-related entries while ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance to relevant accounting standards.
• Handles asset matters including minor assets tracking, stocktake, disposal schedules and capital expenditure reporting.
• Prepares and submits regular financial reports including GST returns, variance analysis, and Department of Statistics reports.
• Support the review of policies, system changes and FRS applications.
• Involve in financial analysis and prepare management presentations.
• Liaise with external auditors on annual financial audits for the relevant scope.

Other Requirements

Quality Assurance (QA) Testing & Execution

• Prepares test plans, test cases and test scripts to test each software component and demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results.

• Execute regression tests, functional tests and data tests.

• Test environment setup, defects tracking and coordinating with PO, users and tech team to resolve the issues and determine defect priority.

• Estimates work requirement for contribution to the project sprint plan, report and track UAT deliverables.

• Stays abreast of QA & Testing best practice and latest available tools (HP Quality Centre and ALM), frameworks and standards.

• Ensures high Quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release.
