Customer Development Team on the resolution of customer claims in a timely manner.

What you will do:

● Validation of actual promotional claims, ensuring proof of performance is adequate & proper

documentation of the review,

● Coordination with Customer Development & AR for deductions and/or customer claim issues.

● Complete SOX testing requirements

● Reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement G/L accounts

● Complies with all policies and standards to ensure internal controls & compliance

● Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

● Bachelor's Degree Accounting/Finance or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/CPA)

● Minimum one year of work experience in Accounting or Finance

● Capable of delivering high quality and accurate work while respecting short lead times

● Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder group

● Experience in SAP will be an added advantage

● Proven ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts

● Good communication, presentation skills and business acumen in English

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable operations, including billing, collections, and customer portal administration.
• Review and improve AR processes; maintain training manuals with proper document control.
• Prepare monthly AR/AP, collections performance, and analytical reports for management.
• Handle staff claims, expense vouchers, and checks; ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with accounting entries, financial transactions, audits, and ad-hoc finance projects.
• Resolve customer queries, escalate issues when required, and calculate local NCH commissions.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 2 years in a similar role
• Audit, SAP/SQL; tax knowledge a plus
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge Microsoft Excel skills preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to support the full spectrum of day-to-day finance operations. This role is ideal for a meticulous, detail-oriented individual who is hands-on, analytical, and proactive in improving financial processes.

You will work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure accurate financial records, healthy cash flow, and strong cost control across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Finance:

• Manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice processing, payment preparation, and vendor reconciliations

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, collections, and customer account follow-ups

• Manage petty cash reconciliation

• Support vendor management and procurement-related processes, including overseeing Purchase Orders, vendor reconciliations, and payment coordination

• Monitor and support cash flow management, including daily cash position tracking and forecasting

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records

• Assist with month-end closing, management reporting, and audit requirements

• Conduct profitability and cost analysis to support business decision-making

• Develop and support cost control measures and strategies to enhance operational efficiency

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls
