Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager – Group Consolidation to oversee and manage the financial consolidation process for our investment holding company listed in SGX Catalist board. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and management accounting functions
• Manage month-end closing activities and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Liaise with bankers, external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and timely reporting
• Supervise standard costing, variance analysis (material, labour, and overhead), and implement cost control measures
• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process

Requirements

Job Description:

• Lead product development process and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute the agreed product plan, while ensuring compliance with the product development policy and SOPs
