This full-time position will provide crucial administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
1. Finance Duties:
• Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, record-keeping, and reconciliations
• Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
• Assist the director and senior finance executive with various financial and administrative tasks.
• Assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
• Knowledge of VAT/GST and withholding tax is advantageous
• Assist in-country compliance with government regulations including external audits and tax returns
2. Administrative Duties:
• Support and handle day-to-day office administration and documentation related to accounts and general
administration.
• Manage stationery and office supply inventories.
• Handle documentation for export/import permits if applicable
• Any other ad-hoc tasks from management
Requirements
• Preferable at least NITEC in accounting, business admin or related fields
• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in a similar accounts or administrative role (entry level / fresh graduates
may be accepted)
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Positive working attitude, able to work with a team with minimum supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Preferable Singaporean or SPR
