New hire onboarding administration process

• Manage all new hire onboarding activities such as profile creation & providing support to new joiners on 1st day enquires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers where required (e.g preparation of documents for lodgement, etc).

Work Pass related

• Administer foreign pass-related matters.

Daily Data Card Transmission & Staff Card Management

• Manage the end-to-end process of daily card access transmission and staff card printing. This includes ensuring timely and accurate updates, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with relevant teams to maintain operational continuity.

General

• Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in all HR systems.

• Ensure timely storage of employee documents in Workday MyHR system.

• Ensure high level of attention to detail and confidentiality during communication and data management.

• Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders as required.
