The Operation Controller (OC) ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of daily accounting transactions across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash & Bank, and Fixed Asset processes. Order To Cash (OTC)  

• Extract and provide necessary reports from Opera to BPO team in a timely manner e.g., daily trial balance report (for guest ledger, city ledger, and deposit ledger reconciliation), AR Aging report and long outstanding PM folios from Opera (for consolidated aging report).  

• Manage and file physical invoices, receipt (if applicable) per compliance requirement. Provide access to auditors upon request.  

• Coordinate with relevant parties to support invoice and receipt processing e.g., call travel agent (AR) to follow up remittance advice / follow up long outstanding invoice (if applicable).  

  Procure To Pay (PTP)
