Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire and activate mortgage loan business. Sales emphasis is on individual residential and commercial loans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (property agents, brokers) to increase referrals.
• Handle leads from marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and branch referrals, engaging both affluent and mass market clients.
• Implement the full mortgage loan application process, responsible for cases up to the customer's acceptance of the offer.
• Offer a wider range of products, including bancassurance and priority banking propositions.
• Keep informed on market trends and competitor offerings, conducting regular updates for target customer groups.
• Ability to work off-office hours and weekends for activities like show flats, campaigns, and networking events.
• Display exemplary conduct and ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations and the Group's Code of Conduct

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a related discipline
• 2+ years in Banking Sales, preferably with prior experience in Retail Mortgage.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Real Estate Market and Mortgage Regulations & Frameworks.
• Good interpersonal skills, stakeholder experience, conversant with and able to work with external partners, and ability to work independently

• Develop and strengthen client relationships with the Bank in accordance with relevant business goals.
• Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation.
• Up-sell and provide regular market colours and trend analysis to these customers.
• Contribute to the bottom-line of Private Banking through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets.
• Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.
• Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements.
• Identify changes in regional market practice and regulatory requirements to develop and improve systems, frameworks and tools

Requirements

• University graduate with minimum 3 - 5 years of relationship manager experience.
• Sound understanding of economics, best market practices and investment products in the wealth management business.
• CACS certification requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to work well with all levels of counterparts.
• Willingness to work under a dynamic environment, multi-tasking skills to handle tight and short assignment and meet project deadlines.

What You Will Do

• Advise clients on savings, investment, insurance, and lending solutions

• Build and manage client relationships through ethical, needs-based advisory

• Support clients at different life stages with tailored financial solutions

Structured Training Pathway (Entry-Level Track)

• Pre-Onboarding: Support to complete required CMFAS modules
