• Support senior leaders in developing client insights, including product portfolio diagnostics, pricing adequacy assessments, profitability and margin analysis, and coverage gap analysis.

Role Summary

The Investment Analyst / Assistant supports the company’s real estate investment, development, and asset management processes by contributing to analysis and decision-making. The role involves market research, project financial modeling, investment evaluation, and post-investment tracking.
