The Finance & Admin Manager will be responsible for managing Eruby’s finance, accounting, administrative and HR support functions to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong compliance, efficient daily operations and effective business support.

5. Administration & Office Management

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in administration and HR support will be an advantage.
• Experience in trading, distribution, electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing or regional business environments will be preferred.

Assistant Relationship Manager – International Markets (Senior Associate/Associate Director) – Contract Role 

Global Private Bank

Our client, a Global Private bank, is seeking a dynamic and successful Assistant Relationship Manager to join them, covering the International Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support to Relationship Manager in managing client relationships.
• Oversee critical operational tasks including account opening/maintenance, trading, transfers, and ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and Relationship Managers, ensuring that client instructions are executed promptly and accurately.
• Assist Relationship Managers with meeting preparation and travel arrangements
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with a relevant specialization in the fields of Finance
• At least 7 years of prior experience in a similar function within Private Banking 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Possesses CACS 1 and 2 qualifications

Responsibilities:

• To support the Town Council’s Head of Finance in managing day-to-day finance and administrative operations.
• To manage the finance and administration team.
• To recover outstanding sums due to the Town Council, including the preparation of demand letters and documentation for claims before the Small Claims Tribunals.
• To prepare monthly management reports and accounts for presentation to the Town Council at relevant committee and council meetings.
• To prepare annual accounts in accordance with statutory requirements.
• To prepare the annual budget in accordance with statutory requirements, and supplementary budgets when necessary.
• To liaise with the Auditor-General or such other auditors as may be appointed annually by the Ministry of National Development on the audit of annual accounts and related matters.
• To maintain and manage the funds of the Town Council.

Requirements:

• Approved university degree in Accounting, Finance or other approved qualifications with at least five (5) years’ relevant experience relating to accounting, cash collection, custody, banking procedures and financial reporting at the senior level in Town Council
