About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of our web applications end to end. Reporting Structure

The Project Engineer will report to the Lead Engineer with a dotted line to the Project Manager.

Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will have strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. The Project Engineer will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. You must be an outstanding communicator, exceptional leader and even better strategist. You will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Establish application requirements and liaise with stakeholders for documents preparation and compliance to local authority guidelines and regulations but not limited to the Local Council, DOE, DOSH, CIDB, Bomba, TNB, Safety Officer and others prior work commencement.
• Assist site engineer in establishing project plan, objectives, procedures, data collection methodology and performance standards within parameters of corporate policy ensuring compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance.
• Oversee budgetary, scheduling, project databases and reporting to the management channels on regular basis as well as on identification of potential issues that could significantly affect cost or schedule.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Team, Client, Consultant and Contractors to ensure timely project completion within allocated budget whilst adhering to the safety hazards.
• •Establish and review engineering drawings, blueprints and specification whilst staying on top of the dynamic design engineering trends and cutting-edge technologies and establish framework with various departments for a seamless collaboration in the biogas environment.

主要職責

• 使用 Autodesk Revit 開發和維護 3D BIM 模型
• 準備施工圖、車間圖和竣工圖
• 與建築師、工程師和顧問協調BIM模型
• 確保模型符合專案標準、BIM實施計畫和規格。
• 發現並解決衝突和協調問題
• 根據設計變更和網站回饋更新模型
• 必要時協助進行工程量清單編制及文件編制。

• 建築學、工程學或相關領域的文憑/學位

主要職責

• 專案管理與規劃：協助專案經理規劃工作進度、安排施工活動順序及預測資源需求。
• 技術監督：作為主要技術權威，負責檢查技術設計、建築圖和計算結果的準確性和可施工性。
• 現場運作：監督日常運營，確保結構、土木工程和建築工程依照核准的規範執行。
• 品質與合規：監控工藝與材料，確保符合監管標準。處理資訊請求（RFI）、方法聲明和不符合項報告（NCR）。
• 安全執法：與安全官員合作，確保 OSHA/DOSH 安全法規得到執行。
• 指導與協調：指導初級現場工程師。與客戶、顧問、分包商和相關部門聯絡，以簡化檢查和現場物流流程。

要求

• 教育背景：土木工程、施工管理或相關專業的學士學位。
• 經驗：通常需要8年以上現場實務經驗，且常具備專業產業建築經驗。
• 執照要求：高階職位優先考慮持有專業工程師 (PE) 或同等資格證書（例如馬來西亞的 BEM/IEM）。
• 技能：熟練專案進度安排工具（Microsoft Project、Primavera）和工程軟體（AutoCAD、BIM）。
• 軟技能：在壓力下具備卓越的問題解決能力、談判技巧和跨職能團隊領導能力。

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage & monitor the development of project schedules in terms of work progress, cost, quality etc.

• Monitor and update overall schedule and prepare progress report

• Produce report on weekly and monthly basis and presentation

• Workout the master project schedule to use as guidelines for sub-contractors to produce work outputs.

• Closely plan the project schedule & monitor the progress by analyze data & situations, recommend solutions and initiate any changes or rectifications as required.

• Update management regarding project planning by conducting analyses and preparing reports.

• To workout solutions in order to achieve the required project timeframe, cost & quality etc.

• To alias with all related parties in the successful completions of the projects till handover.

• Make periodic site visits to review project sequence and schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

• Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Malay.

• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent.

Tanggungjawab Utama

• Pengurusan & Perancangan Projek: Membantu Pengurus Projek dalam merancang jadual kerja, menyusun aktiviti pembinaan dan meramalkan keperluan sumber.
• Penyeliaan Teknikal: Bertindak sebagai pihak berkuasa teknikal utama. Semak reka bentuk teknikal, lukisan seni bina dan pengiraan untuk ketepatan dan kebolehbinaan.
• Operasi Tapak: Menyelia operasi harian bagi memastikan kerja-kerja struktur, sivil dan seni bina dilaksanakan mengikut spesifikasi yang diluluskan.
• Kualiti & Pematuhan: Pantau mutu kerja dan bahan untuk memenuhi piawaian kawal selia. Memproses Permintaan Maklumat (RFI), pernyataan kaedah dan laporan ketidakpatuhan (NCR).
• Penguatkuasaan Keselamatan: Bekerjasama dengan pegawai keselamatan untuk memastikan peraturan keselamatan OSHA/DOSH dilaksanakan.
• Bimbingan & Penyelarasan: Membimbing jurutera tapak junior. Berhubung dengan pelanggan, perunding, subkontraktor dan pihak berkuasa untuk memperkemas pemeriksaan dan logistik tapak.

Keperluan

• Pendidikan: Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Kejuruteraan Awam, Pengurusan Pembinaan atau bidang yang berkait rapat.
• Pengalaman: Biasanya 8+ tahun pengalaman tapak secara langsung, selalunya dengan pengalaman pembinaan industri khusus
• Pelesenan: Jurutera Profesional (PE) atau pensijilan yang setaraf (contohnya, BEM/IEM di Malaysia) sangat diutamakan untuk jawatan kanan.
• Kemahiran: Kemahiran dalam alat penjadualan projek (Microsoft Project, Primavera) dan perisian kejuruteraan (AutoCAD, BIM).
• Kemahiran Insaniah: Penyelesaian masalah yang luar biasa di bawah tekanan, rundingan dan kepimpinan pasukan rentas fungsi

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
• Experience in high-rise building construction is preferred.
• Experience supervising site workers, including foreign workers.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and ensure project deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities and workforce for TNB projects, including electrical cabling works, maintenance, and breakdown services.
• Ensure site progress is carried out according to project planning and schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports using the ERP system.
• Arrange and coordinate site teams before deployment to work sites.
• Communicate and coordinate work arrangements with clients.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
