Job Summary

Looking for a technical windows expert for all Cloud operations services (Windows) in the organization. As such, he/she will provide support and act as the last level of escalation point for all production support activities within the operations team. Will be accountable for the overall health and stability of the technical solutions within their scope and has to work effectively with technical peers such as architects, peer experts and project teams on technology road maps and projects. Job Responsibilities:

• Understand / develop technical design specification / requirements and associated document relevant to project
• Develop system database, control logic and graphic according to project design
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing and System Commissioning on site
• Product test document and training material
• Conduct training to customer
• Provide technical support to sales and maintenance team
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience
