DESCRIPTION:

Senior Engineer - Utilities

The incumbent will provide direction and supervision to support utilities system maintenance and operation in compliance with cGMP, EHS, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements for the Sterile manufacturing site

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of utilities and facilities systems, but not limited to WFI, RO, HVAC, chiller, boiler, air compressor, and nitrogen systems

• Work closely with the validation team to complete the qualification and re-qualification of the facilities and utilities systems

• Draft and prepare maintenance and operation SOP and PM plan for facilities and utilities systems

• Responsible for utilities and facilities systems-related changes and deviation management

• Cooperate with the internal and external audit team

• Responsible for utilities and facilities system-related small CAPEX project execution in the future

• Responsible for the utilities and facilities shutdown plan and execution

• Review as-built drawings and engineering technical data, and performance data for the facilities and utilities system

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Education:

Job Summary

An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer designs, plans, and oversees the installation of core utility systems in buildings, ensuring seamless integration, compliance with safety codes, sustainability targets, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Banking: Prepare and post payment and receipts.
• Reconciliation: Performing bank reconciliations and reconciling vendor/customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Month-End Closing: Preparing journal entries, schedules, and maintaining the general ledger to ensure timely closing.
• Tax Compliance: Managing tax-related matters, including quarterly GST (Goods and Services Tax) filing.
• Financial Reporting & Audit: Preparation of monthly trial balances, unaudited financial statements, and schedules for annual audits and taxation.
• Cash Flow & Data Management: Maintaining visibility over cash flow and preparing, updating, and verifying data within the accounting system.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Stock-taking, fixed asset management, and other finance-related projects as needed. 
• Business Operation - procurement, technical, customer support, inventory management /invoicing/liaison with customers and suppliers, etc.

Requirements：

·       Candidate must possess at least an equivalent level to a Diploma in Accountancy or Degree.

·      At least 2 years similar working experience, with proficiency in handling EXCEL spreadsheet and MYOB accounting software.

Responsibilities:

• Process Development & Support: Collaborate with foundries to develop and optimize process flows; interpret PDKs and process specifications to support design teams; evaluate new process nodes.
• Problem Solving: Work with foundries on failure analysis to identify root causes and drive process improvements; manage production issues and delays.
• Yield & Reliability Improvement: Analyze yield data, optimize process windows, and support reliability testing to ensure stable mass production.
• Cross-functional Communication: Serve as a technical interface between design houses and foundries; coordinate reviews to ensure alignment between design and process.
• Tape-out & Mass Production Support: Support tape-out activities, including mask data preparation and process documentation review; monitor production yield and process parameters to proactively prevent and resolve issues.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor process flows; experience in process integration or process development is preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve process-related issues.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional problem-solving.
• Ability to effectively support international collaboration.

Job Description:

• Prepare Electrical and Instrumentation design documents including Lighting design and calculation.
• Preparation of lighting layout 2D and 3D drawings, Lighting circuit diagram. Earthing and Lightning Protection design and drafting of layout, section, and elevation drawings.
• Cable ladder, conduit, trunking, cable routing design. Preparation of 2D and 3D design drawings.
• Cable sizing calculation, prepare Electrical cable schedule Prepare material take off (MTO) for material purchase.
• Fire Alarm, CCTV, Card Access, Public Addressing system design, preparation of system schematic and Layout drawings 2D and 3D.
• Preparation of Instrument Location layout drawing Preparation of Junction box termination drawings, Instrument Loop diagram Preparation of instrument Hook up, typical installation details.
• Preparation of instrument cable schedule Design coordination with internal design disciplines such as Structure, mechanical, piping team for design interface issue.
• Attend 3D model review and coordination with internal discipline engineers to resolves clashes.
• Attend site survey and provide design sketches such as cable routing, support installation details, etc.
• Support project tender team for material take-off from client tender documents. Attend factory inspection for E&I related material.
• Support construction site to raise material purchase request, evaluation vendor quotation, preparation of Material approval submission.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3~5 Year of relevant design experiences
• Minimum hands-on experience for using design software such as AutoCAD , Navisworks Manage,
• Support site testing & commissioning work.
