Job Scope :

• Conduct routine checks on chiller operations, including chilled and cooling water temperatures, and inspect all service line utilities (water, compressed air, and natural gas) for leakage. Any defects or problem must be reported immediately to the Supervisor / HOD.

Main Responsibilities :

• Untuk mengatur dan memantau kawalan perosak, penyelenggaraan pejabat dan penyelenggaraan jika diperlukan, seperti pencahayaan, dispenser air, penghawa dingin, perabot & kelengkapan pejabat, mesin faks, mesin fotokopi, pencetak, telefon, kerja-kerja elektrik dan sebagainya.
• Aturkan juruteknik dalaman/luaran untuk kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan pejabat jika perlu
• Selamat datang dan sambut semua pelawat, vendor, pelanggan, calon dengan cara yang profesional dan maklumkan kepada kakitangan yang berkenaan.
• Untuk menjawab panggilan masuk dan meneruskan panggilan ini kepada kakitangan yang berkenaan.
• Untuk merakam mesej sekiranya kakitangan yang berkaitan tiada di pejabat; seterusnya memaklumkan kakitangan tentang panggilan dan tujuannya.
• Mengendalikan semua perkhidmatan kurier, kutipan, pengeposan, pengedaran mel antara syarikat dan penghantaran faks.
• Bertanggungjawab ke atas semua pembelian alat tulis / bahan percetakan / kad nama untuk semua ibu pejabat, cawangan atau Singapura jika diperlukan.
• Sahkan semua bil DIGI bulanan syarikat.
• Bertanggungjawab untuk tuntutan insurans am syarikat, insurans kumpulan dan tuntutan PERKESO kakitangan.
• Bertanggungjawab ke atas buku rekod pengawal keselamatan, inventori, jam pengawal dan sebagainya.
• Menguruskan saman kenderaan syarikat.
• Membantu dalam tempahan hotel & penerbangan jika diperlukan

Untuk menyokong fungsi HR:

• Mentadbir dan mengemas kini sistem E-cuti, kehadiran dan tuntutan perubatan semua kakitangan/cawangan;
• Mengatur pemeriksaan kesihatan tahunan untuk kakitangan yang berkelayakan;
• Mengemas kini butiran peribadi kakitangan jika perlu / apabila perlu
• Membantu dalam operasi HR – sila rujuk Senarai Semak Pengambilan Pekerja – Pengekalan – Peletakan Jawatan.
• Rekod dan serahkan kehadiran bersih kepada Cik Judy (Jabatan Akaun) untuk pembayaran gaji.
• Membantu HR menyediakan rekod kehadiran tahunan (MC sifar, tuntutan sifar, senarai kehadiran sempurna)
• Pengumpulan kehadiran bulanan mengikut jabatan
• Memantau permohonan waktu cuti terkumpul kakitangan dalam sistem (rujuk buku panduan pekerja)
• Daftar cap ibu jari kakitangan baharu
• Pengeluaran kad perubatan Klinik Mediviron kepada kakitangan baharu dan pengemaskinian senarai kakitangan klinik panel.

Keperluan Pra-pekerjaan:

• Semakan rujukan akan dijalankan sebagai sebahagian daripada proses saringan pra-pekerjaan.
