We are a Systems Integrator and SAP Support Services provider seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn fresh graduate to join our SAP Basis Team.

What You’ll Be Doing (with On-the-Job Training):

You’ll be supporting our consultants to: -

• Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, patching, and landscape maintenance
• Administer SAP databases (e.g. HANA, MSSQL) and ensure system health and performance
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Manage transports, system backups, and disaster recovery planning and testing
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud service, and functional teams
• Handle user administration, role assignments, and security configurations
• Provide on-call support for production systems as part of a support rotation
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and enhancements

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A genuine interest in SAP technology, system administration, or enterprise IT
• Familiarity (or coursework) in operating systems such as Linux or Windows Server
• Basic understanding of databases and networking concepts is a plus
• Willingness to learn SAP Basis, cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), and IT support best practices
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with team members
• No prior SAP experience is required, but internships, projects, or certifications will be advantageous

1 Support customers and ensure customer satisfaction by

- Providing prompt & relevant technical / information assistance to each customer

- Gather & communicate customers’ feedback concerning product quality, delivery & services to management

- Highlight / initiate / lead / execute customer satisfaction activities with other departments

2 Adhere and abide with all Customer rules, compliance, quality and safety policies

- Ensure & practice good housekeeping

- Observe all safety rules of the company and at customer premises

- Exercise safety precautions

- Use approved, safe methods & procedures while working in the factory premises

3 Perform failure analysis and prepare failure analysis report for each defective product

- To receive training for competency to perform failure analysis

- Correctly identify & verify all defective products

4 Defect & Crisis Management

- Lead & execute control & containment activities in the event of quality trouble

- Be familiar with & exercise proper trouble escalation, if the need arises

- Perform on-the-job task when appropriate (as per training planning)
