Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Senior Management team
• Create, track, and manage department KPIs, trends, goals, and objectives

• Take responsibility for creating and maintaining technical documentation (e.g. drawings, models, NPI, SOP, OMS)
• Maintain and continuously improve processes using ISO-documented procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Unit Director
• Conduct personnel performance reviews and assessments

Job Description:

• Responsible for all M&E construction activities on site reporting to Project Manager.
• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Coordination and supervision of M&E Works.
• Liaise with M&E Consultants.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
