Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team by planning staffing, assigning work, and setting performance and development goals to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
• Mentor, coach, and provide regular feedback to resolve conflicts and improve team member performance.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive maintenance and repair schedules for all machinery, equipment, and facilities, ensuring quality execution by team members and contractors.
• Train and educate team members on IHG engineering standards, local laws, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and safe work practices.
