Join the Singapore Kokugo Kyoiku Center at our Valley Point branch. We are a well-established Japanese language school supporting the Japanese community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support (managing student records, handling enquiries via email/phone).
- Assist teachers in classroom management and preparation of Japanese teaching materials.
- Support general operations, including Monday calligraphy (Shuji) classes, to maintain a conducive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese is MANDATORY to communicate effectively with Japanese parents and handle curriculum materials.
- Minimum GCE O-Level or Diploma.
- Meticulous, organized, and reliable. Must enjoy working in an educational setting.
Working Hours:
- Mon, Thu, Fri: 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Sat - Sun: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Fixed Off-days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- (Includes lunch break. Monday shift includes Calligraphy support.)
