Job Description:

IMH is looking for intermediate operations research data analysts/scientists who are passionate about healthcare analytics to expand the hospital’s analytic capabilities.

Successful candidates will be imbedded in an experienced analytics team that will be overall responsible for managing projects and their deliverables. This will afford the candidate an opportunity to gain experience related to the role of OR in change management, process improvement, and policy planning. They will work with an existing team of seven data engineers and biostatisticians to improve the utility of information derived from existing databases. They will also work with clinicians and hospital administrators to develop models and simulations geared toward resource optimisation, performance improvement and scenario testing. 

In addition to building simulations and maintaining models, the position will require the candidate to help the hospital expand its existing human capital by sharing their knowledge and operations research experience with the data- engineering team in which they will be imbedded. Successful candidates will have a keen interest in supporting the development of colleagues.

Candidates must be familiar with major operations research methods, such as, optimization (e.g. linear programming), forecasting (e.g. exponential smoothing and autoregressive models), stochastic processes (e.g. Markov Chains) as well as simulation models (e.g. Monte Carlo and discrete-event). We are looking for someone to develop and manage Nielsen BASES business and client relationships by designing, selling, executing, and presenting market research studies to meet clients’ research objectives, and are building a talent pipeline for the same. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Consulting:

1. Trusted partner: Understand the client needs, deliver with excellence, make an impact

2. Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews

3. Attend client planning meetings and contribute by providing Nielsen insights and solutions to the client’s business needs.

3. Communication with mid-level clients on their research queries

4. Able to handle presentations with mid level clients or audiences

5. Crisis management: Able to tackle some of the client communication, particularly with mid-level clients.  

6. Taking ownership of project in terms of client relation as well as consulting / partnering with client through the project life cycle  

7. Ensure all presentations done by reports tell a clear story, provide insights and actionable recommendations  
 
Commercial Leadership:

1. Be proactive at collecting client business questions, active listening to understand the question behind the question  

2. Proactively follow-up with the client on proposals, designs, costs

3. Set up action plan, forecast and monitor regularly the revenue   

Project Management:

1. Proactively identify and address client issues and needs.  

2. Stays in loop on all stages of project management and monitors progress  

3. Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards

We are looking for a highly analytical and dynamic Equity Derivatives Research Analyst who combines strong market knowledge with excellent communication skills. In addition to research, this role involves engaging with external stakeholders, representing the company at events, and collaborating with Key Partners in the trading ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct in-depth research on Crypto derivatives markets, including options and futures

● Generate trade ideas and strategies (e.g., spreads, straddles, hedging strategies)

● Analyse market trends, volatility surfaces, and macro factors impacting derivatives pricing

● Prepare daily/weekly research reports and market commentary

● Engage in conversations with Key Partners, traders, and industry experts to build insights and partnerships

● Represent Delta Exchange at industry events, conferences, and meetups

● Be open to frequent travel for events, client meetings, and ecosystem engagement

● Collaborate with marketing and growth teams for content creation, webinars, and community engagement

● Support clients/internal teams with data-driven insights and strategy explanations

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field

• Strong understanding of derivatives (Options, Futures, Greeks, volatility concepts)

• Experience with Python, R, or similar analytical tools

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage external stakeholders

• Willingness to travel and represent the company externally

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a trading desk, hedge fund, brokerage, or fintech/crypto environment

JOB PURPOSE

As Fleet Training Analyst you are responsible for assisting and guide internal and external offshore employees, manage external stakeholders as well by completing assigned activities, with accuracy and on-time deliverables as per Training Matrix requirements and unit KPIs.

You apply and maintain Company training policies,guidelines and procedures in support of the respective unit crew with a high degree of customer focus and confidentiality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·      You follow the steps required to book safety and technical training courses for Offshore employees according to the approved training matrix based on International, National, IMO and company requirements.

·      You supervise and provide similar support for e LEarning as well (when applicable) You maintain and follow up on administrative tasks related to training coordination, COC renewal and Flag Endorsements You maintain neat and orderly files to ensure obsolete documentation is promptly removed.

·      You create and maintain effective working relationship inside and outside the department (e.g. Operation team) You monitor UnitTraining KPI and propose eventual Gap analysis action plan and solutions (if applicable).

·      You support to coordinate for additional training as approved in Personnel Development Plan, PDP or for those proposed for promotion.

·      You review and verify training records by the respective unit crew.

·      You support the collection of evidences required to apply for flag endorsements and coordinate for the timely application for and renewal of Flag endorsements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·      BAC +2 or equivalent in Human resources or Administration

·      Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior administration role / HR related Previous experience in Oil & Gas or Shipping industry
