Role Summary
The incumbent is responsible for plan, develop, and execute semiconductor test programs, perform debugging and analysis, and generate quality reports to ensure our products meet high reliability and performance standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Customer Support.
Role Responsibilities
Test Planning & Development
· Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and results based on product requirements and specifications.
· Develop and maintain semiconductor test programs.
· Support electronic circuit design validation.
· Coordinate with customers and internal departments to clarify specifications and requirements.
Test Execution, Debugging & Analysis
· Conduct various types of testing, including functional, integration, performance, and usability testing.
· Execute manual and automated test routines to validate product functionality.
· Use defect tracking tools to identify, document, and analyse issues; provide clear findings and recommendations.
· Ensure test programs meet efficacy, reliability, and quality standards.
Quality Documentation & Reporting
· Record all test procedures, results, and observations.
· Prepare clear and concise reports on product quality and test outcomes.
· Recommend improvements to products and testing processes.
Role Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
· Experience in software/hardware testing, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
· Basic knowledge of electronic circuit design and logical analysis.
· Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, etc.).
· Experience in programming languages such as C, C++, VB, or equivalent.
· Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
