About the role:

Reporting to the Plant Director, you’ll be responsible for:

• Partners with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that strengthens operational capability, supports employee development, and enables the site to achieve its performance goals.

You will execute and support research in laser material processing, ranging from laser surface texturing, laser cleaning, laser micro-machining, laser peening, and laser metal deposition. • Good foundation in optics and light properties, materials and microstructure, surface properties and composition, thermodynamics and heat transfer
