Our Client is a Social Service Agency that provides comprehensive and professional eldercare services to the aged.
Scope of Work
Training Administration & Coordination
· Collate course nominations, process training applications, confirm schedules with internal and external stakeholders, and send course invitations and confirmations.
· Track attendance, handle trainee enquiries, and follow up on post-training submissions (e.g. feedback forms, assessments, certificate uploads).
· Maintain and update staff learning history and training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
· Monitor certification expiry dates and refresher timelines (e.g. BCLS-AED) and coordinate refresher training where applicable.
· Submit Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims for trained nursing staff (e.g. Staff Nurses and Enrolled Nurses) via the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Portal.
· Prepare and circulate minutes of training-related meetings.
Training Operations & Logistics
· Prepare in-house training venues, arrange and test audio-visual equipment (e.g. projectors, computers), and coordinate meals and tea breaks with the in-house kitchen.
· Prepare, photocopy, bind, and pack physical training materials, handouts, and certificates.
Finance & Reporting
· Raise payment requests for course fees, manage invoices, monitor training expenditure, and process employee reimbursement claims.
· Prepare monthly training and utilisation reports.
Documentation & Systems Support
· Support updates and maintenance of training templates, forms, and administrative
documentation.
Requirements
· Proficiency in MS Office: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Organizational Skills: Meticulous, detailed-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
· Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with trainers, employees, and external vendors.
· Experience: Diploma/Higher NITEC with 3 years of experience in training support
