We are looking for individuals to join our team as Brand Representatives, focusing on customer engagement and brand awareness.

Work Details

• Location: Clementi
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (No shift work)
• Salary: Up to $2,500/month (commensurate with experience)
• Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable / potential conversion to permanent)

Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance to the research team

• Screens and recruits suitable patients to participate in the research project

• Briefs patients on research background and rationale and to obtain their consent of participation

• Collects data from patients' medical records and research statistics

• Helps document adverse events / reactions that arise

• Performs phlebotomy and venepuncture when required

• Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Nursing

About the Role
We are looking for a Program Administrator to support daily logistics operations. This role involves processing local shipment orders, coordinating dispatch activities, and ensuring shipments are completed within required service level agreements (SLA).

The position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in system transactions, and the ability to manage multiple shipment deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Shipment Coordination

• Process customer orders for local shipments using internal systems.

• Arrange shipments with assigned transport providers.

• Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within daily cut-off times.

• Monitor shipment status and follow up on pending orders.

Documentation & System Transactions

• Prepare shipment documents such as invoices, pick lists, and delivery notes.

• Perform system transactions accurately using ERP or warehouse systems.

• Maintain proper filing and archiving of shipment documentation.

Operational Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse teams, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment processing.

• Respond to operational emails and provide shipment updates when required.

Inventory & Reporting Support

• Assist in daily inventory checks and cycle count activities.

• Update operational reports and ensure data accuracy.

Operational Support

• Support team members during peak workload periods or staff absence.

• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Other Duties

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management to support operational requirements.
