At MBOLD, we believe in personalised wellness experiences that empower clients to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier. As a Wellness Trainer, you will deliver customised one-on-one training sessions, focusing on strength, mobility, and holistic fitness. You will work closely with physiotherapists to design safe, effective programmes tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalised fitness assessments and design customised workout plans
- Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions by appointment
- Collaborate with physiotherapists to support rehabilitation and injury-prevention programmes
- Track client progress and adjust training plans accordingly
- Promote wellness packages and encourage long-term client engagement
- Maintain a professional, client-focused environment aligned with MBOLD’s brand values
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Fitness/Personal Training (ACE, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience in personal training or wellness coaching.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, functional training, and safe workout practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping clients achieve sustainable health and fitness goals
- Ability to work flexible hours based on client bookings
- Bonus: Experience in boutique or private training environments
