Daily Operations Support

• Assisting hiring manager on onboarding process and preparation of IT equipment of new employees (IT portion).
• Occasional Creation of various forms of documentation. (Processes, Policies, Training Material, Quick Reference Guides, Knowledge base articles).

• Management of Project assignments and relevant activities as necessary in order to remain on-schedule for critical objectives.

The following core skills are highly desirable;

• At least 2 years’ experience in the IT industry and Customer Service Role
• At least 2+ years’ related experience with increasing responsibility in a Service and Support technical role for a midsize or larger organization (700+ user environment).
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, subject matter experts and business users.
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress.
• Requires a high level of expertise in both Windows and Apple operating systems, platform software and associated hardware. Understanding of networking principles and printing environments.
• Possess a strong technology background with the ability to execute a task or project to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of an End User computing environment from hire to refresh/retire.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead Ops team as PMO for implementing FLEXCUBE CASA module for Korea Branch.
• Creating plan and support BA to define the business requirements and ensure the system coverage. Progress and issue management also included.
• Support the Project Manager and client’s PMO team in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and other project management documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring any delays or risks are promptly identified and escalated.
• Assist in preparing and consolidating weekly or monthly project status reports for both internal and client stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to the client’s project management framework, compliance standards, and documentation templates.
• Coordinate with various workstream leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
• Assist with change request management, risk and issue tracking, and lessons learned documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in top-tier or leading consulting firms with a focus on the banking industry projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams across overseas offices.
• Good socialization skills
• Professional Mindset with Responsibility and Strong self-discipline and commitment to the project success.
• Good communication skill in both English and Korean (Business-level proficiency as mandatory) to liaise with Korean stakeholders and clients.
• Expertise in PMO role for package system implementation project
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of system implementation projects, with accountability for timeline, scope, budget, and quality delivery.
• Strong risk, issue, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to proactively identify project risks, drive mitigation plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and report effectively to senior management and steering committees.
• Implementation experience and knowledge of Oracle Flexcube is a plus.
