We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage team in Chennai, India. - Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using point of sale (POS) systems while demonstrating attentiveness to detail
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining quality standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless and coordinated service delivery
