Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth
• Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual management-assigned targets
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct sales activities and events to support the team with lead generation and conversions
• Retain existing customers through effective problem solving and ensure that all team members uphold the highest quality of service standards at all times
• Ensure desirable centre growth by providing excellent customer service and mitigate student turnover

About the Role

Aureus Group is looking for Centre Managers who can lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives in the direction of working towards the company goals. They need to be equipped with strong organization and sales skills, with extensive product knowledge and able to provide excellent customer service in order to ensure that he/she can promote the company and our programmes effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth
• Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual management-assigned targets
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct sales activities and events to support the team with lead generation and conversions
• Retain existing customers through effective problem solving and ensure that all team members uphold the highest quality of service standards at all times
• Ensure desirable centre growth by providing excellent customer service and mitigate student turnover
• Maintain or exceed assigned closure or conversion rate target for all trials to enrolments to ensure maximum output from leads.
• Plan, manage, and execute teacher growth plans in order to achieve monthly teacher targets assigned by the management for respective centre

Hiring Criteria:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the customer service field, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position
• Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends
• Strong sense of adaptability and leadership
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Being bilingual/trilingual would be an advantage)
• Goal-driven individuals with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drive the growth of the centre

Supervise and coach all FOH service staff, including catering executives, supervisors, and part-time assistants

Conduct daily pre-shift briefings, service standards check, and floor walk-throughs

Own the dining experience: ambiance, cleanliness, queue management, guest flow, and service timing

Manage staffing schedules and deployment across counters, serveries, and catered function setups

Handle guest feedback and service recovery in a professional and timely manner

Work closely with the culinary team on service transitions, menu changes, and special promotions

Train team on Chinese dining etiquette, service protocols, and brand standards

Monitor FOH equipment, mise en place, and supply levels; escalate to operations as needed

Ensure all team members are certified in basic food hygiene; drive food safety practices on the floor

Support Account Manager in client reporting, site visits, and special events

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in F&B service management, ideally in hotels, Chinese restaurants, or high-volume corporate dining

Strong floor leadership — ability to motivate, manage, and grow a diverse team

Familiar with Chinese dining service culture (e.g., banquet-style, set meal, dim sum service norms)

Experience in managing service for premium tech campuses or hotel F&B is advantageous

Calm, solution-oriented under pressure; skilled in service recovery

Good communication skills; bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ); higher certifications an advantage

Overview
As a CSM, you will develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and IT stakeholders, developing an understanding of their business requirements and goals, and how they are using NetSuite. Leveraging this customer knowledge, and your NetSuite expertise, you will provide adoption, industry, and implementation best practices strategies to ensure your customers maximize value from their investment in NetSuite. In addition, you will drive value creation by leading mini-projects and collaborating with Account Managers to identify upsell opportunities, providing solution recommendations to accelerate deal closures and enhance customer growth.

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders and executive sponsors such that all NetSuite activities are closely aligned with the customer’s business case and business strategy, allowing the full potential of their NetSuite solution to be realized.
2. Review customer’s current usage of NetSuite to determine if challenges are the result of functionality gaps, implementation/customization gaps or training gaps. Be able to communicate findings with appropriate teams (i.e. Oracle NetSuite Principal team, Account Management, Marketing, Professional Services and Leadership).
3. Identify opportunities for adding greater value applicable to customer’s business strategies.
4. Navigate and advise on efforts related to complex customer requests or projects involving other 3rd party solutions and enterprise systems, escalating for assistance if needed.
5. Drive overall customer satisfaction, additional product adoption and ultimately subscription renewals.

Summary:

The Manager, EIPIC will lead a transdisciplinary team in managing the SPD EIPIC Centre. You will coordinate the implementation of the ECHO framework and streamline processes across the Early Intervention Continuum, working closely with professional heads such as the Head of Teaching and Head of Allied Health. You will develop strategic plans to enhance caregiver engagement and oversee initiatives and collaborations with mainstream preschools and community organisations in the vicinity of the centre.

JOB SCOPE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations and Administration

• Develop short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure continual growth of the programmes at the centre.
• Establish, implement, and regularly review operating, administrative, and control policies and procedures.
• Ensure operations and systems meet service standards and adhere to good corporate governance. Ensure the services achieve to meet the Key Performance Indicators set by the funders/Director.
• Manage and guide the EIPIC team to maintain ahigh standard of services for clients with developmental needs and their caregivers.
• Serves as theprimary administrative contact and liaison with stakeholders and externalorganisations. Coordinate the timely submission ofstatistics to funding bodies and organisations.
• Engage external institutions and communitypartners to support clients and caregivers in need.

Centre Management

• Guide senior staff across programmes to perform effectively and efficiently.
• Plan for the acquisition and replacement of fixed assets and other resources.
• Ensure compliance with regulations including taxes, licensing, safety and control.
• Develop strategic plans to generate income and monitor the expenditure of programmes.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance the community outreach.
• Manage audit conducted by MSF, ECDA and NCSS, if any. 

Staff Management

• Assists the Director in the development of career progression and defining of key responsibilities for EIPIC staff.
• Orientate new staff to organisation’s structure, policies and procedures and HR matters.
• Assign responsibilities and delegate authorities.
• Set standards, evaluate staff performance and identify learning /training needs.
• Interview candidates for new recruitment or replacement positions.

Client Management

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Effective management of feedback and queries from clients, caregivers, the public and authorities.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance caregiver engagement.

Collaboration with external organisations

• Explore opportunities to sustain collaboration with preschools i.e. programmes that promote interaction among children with different needs and raise awareness of inclusion.
• Lead and participate in networking with community organisations to identify opportunities for collaborations.
• Participate in events organised or supported by SPD and support the organisation in developing strong network with other SSAs, funding bodies (e.g. MSF, ECDA, NCSS, Tote Board) and business corporations to secure programme funding and sustain financial viability of the programmes and services.

Professional/ Staff Development

• Lead, attend and contribute regularly in staff meetings and other relevant meetings.
• Attends relevant training and courses.
• Participate in internal / external workgroups to contribute inputs on development of new service provisions and service improvement.

Any other duties

• As may be assigned from time to time by Director, Children Services and Chief Executive Officer, SPD.
