Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to support project management, reporting, and event coordination within our Ambulatory Services. The role involves working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to manage operations and implement initiatives that enhance care for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the department and the respective services in project management, management reporting and event coordination activities.
• Collaborate with various departments within Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital and external stakeholders to manage projects and track outcomes effectively.
• Partner with internal and external parties to develop, implement, and enhance frameworks, workflows, and operational processes.
• Prepare proposals, presentation materials, and maintain databases and statistical reports as required.
• Manage meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on planned and proposed action items.
• Coordinate and provide support for events and handle general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in healthcare related field
• At least 4 years’ experience in Senior Care, Active Ageing Centre (Care) operations, or working within the healthcare or eldercare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify, pursue and close large-scale new services businesses and drive successful renewal.
• Work on Business and Financial models. Provide business rationale and risk assessment to management.

• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop a positive relationship with customer shareholders, channel partners, sales counterparts, and executive sponsors to drive Managed Services & Business Process Operations adoption.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction for Managed Services & Business Process Operations.

• Customer Success Advocacy:
• Serve as a customer advocate within the organization, championing customer needs and requirements to relevant internal teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to enhance customer success and satisfaction.
• Influencing product roadmap and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide the right training sessions to induce more customers’ usage:
• Develop, plan and conduct onboarding, refresher and relevant training courses to drive adoption and usage of our product, solution and services.
• Provide ongoing training and support to clients to maximize the utilization and effectiveness of our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer success management, preferably within the IT services and solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware, cloud technologies, and software solutions.
• Independent ownership of work streams/projects and deliverables is a pre-requisite
• A strong ability to collaborate internally with people across sales and corporate responsibilities.
• Experience in customer engagement, strong probing skills to understand customers’ pain points
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Working Days:

Mon-Fri: 2pm-8 PM (2 days off day)

Sat & Sun: 9am-5pm

Work Location: Marine Parade

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 + Performance Incentives + Annual Profit Share + Performance-Based Equity (Incentives gross up to $6000

Reporting to: Director / Head of Academics

• Promote centre programmes, courses, and ongoing promotions to customers
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to arrange trial lessons
• Conduct programme presentations and convert enquiries into enrolments
• Lead roadshow activities to generate leads and trial sign-ups
• Track and follow up on renewal cases
• Oversee daily centre operations, including scheduling, teachers, trainers, and centre activities
• Support sales target achievement and weekly lead generation targets set by management

Requirements

• 8 years of post-qualification relevant working experience
• At least 3 years in a Centre Manager or similar role
• Experience working in an enrichment centre in Singapore

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager/Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Senior Care Centre at Canberra, ensuring that high-quality care is provided to the clients in the programme. The Manager/Assistant Manager will work closely with the Reporting Officer to ensure that the centre's policies and procedures are followed and that the centre meets all relevant regulations. Additionally, the Manager/Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the centre's staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide the best possible care to our clients.

JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration

· Responsible to management in all matters pertaining to administration, operations and control of the centre

· Assist management in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the centre meets all relevant regulatory requirements

· Assist in preparing annual budget for the centre

Service Development & Sustainability

· Assist in programme planning and services review of the programmes. Together with management, may be involved with strategic planning for development of the centre based on the needs of the clients (e.g. rehabilitation initiatives, active ageing models, dementia care, etc)

Networking

· Participate in outreach to referral agencies, community organisations and hospitals for client referrals to the centre

Operations/Professional Matters

· Supervise a multidisciplinary professional team including social workers, therapists, clinical support staff and administrative staff, and work with various government as well as community-based organisations to offer services to adult and elderly with disabilities

· Assist management by leading the professional team in developing the service models, setting service guidelines/standards and monitoring service delivery of programmes

· Track the achievement of key performance indicators by providing progress reports and data analysis for planning and reporting purposes

· Provide leadership and guidance to the staff, including setting performance targets and providing regular feedback and coaching

· Assist in submission of indicators to all relevant funding agencies such as MOH, MSF, NCSS and SG Enable etc. Coordinate the claims for submission to funding agencies

JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline related to business or health administration from a good University

• At least three years of experience in a senior care centre or a related field

• Excellent management and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team

• A preferred understanding and knowledge of the sector and dynamics

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
