Our client is a premium student care centre backed by programmes from an established enrichment provider, dedicated to fostering well-rounded development in primary school children. They are seeking a passionate and nurturing Centre Manager to lead the team and drive seamless centre operations.

Job Scope:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient running of the centre
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, routines, and service standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including safety, staffing ratios, and PDPA guidelines
• Implement and monitor policies on student safety, food handling, medication, and well-being
• Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure operational excellence
• Proactively identify and manage risks to maintain a safe environment
• Oversee students’ well-being, including awareness of medical and dietary needs
• Develop and enforce behaviour management frameworks across the centre
• Guide staff in managing student behaviour and resolving complex cases
• Engage parents on student progress and behavioural matters where necessary
• Set guidelines for device usage and promote balanced, healthy habits
• Oversee student care programmes, including homework support and enrichment activities
• Monitor programme quality and student progress
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with educational objectives
• Review and enhance programmes to maintain engagement and effectiveness
• Support enrolment growth through engagement initiatives and service excellence
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of student care staff
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and staff deployment
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment
• Oversee administrative functions including student records, billing, and documentation
• Manage centre budget, expenses, and basic financial reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in student care/education, with at least 1 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Experience in centre operations, staff management, and stakeholder engagement
• Familiar with regulatory requirements in the student care sector
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
