Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering/Projects & Facilities Management or its equivalent. Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in building construction works.

Proven customer service track record in HDB and/or private residential projects during Defect Liability Period (DLP)/handing over stage from Project Management Team.

Strong experience in architectural works.

Knowledge in MEP works will be an added advantage.

About the Role

As a Strata Management Customer Service Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for property owners during both unit handover and defects management. What You Will Be Doing
