• Contact point for customers i.e import/export shipments, updates, inquiries, resolving issues.

• Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners, and customs authorities.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA, KPI, and internal operational procedures.

• Handle high-value shipments, resolving delays, documentation discrepancies or customs queries.

• Recommend process improvement, maintain shipment records, reports & regulatory documentation.

• Support and guide junior staff in airfreight forwarding procedures, shipment documentation etc

• Escalate unresolved /operational issues to management, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

• Must has knowledge in using CargoWise software.
