Job Scope:

• Providing day-to-day Level-1 IT support to both local and remote users.
• Deploying and troubleshooting various devices including PC, laptop, copier, printer, smartphone, and IT peripherals like projectors and video conferencing equipment.
• Handling operating system and desktop software setups
• Taking ownership of IT service requests, resolving issues.

Requirements:

• Candidates with experience in IT technical support role and end-user support experience will have added advantage.

• Monitor, evaluating and establishing system performance specifications.

• Install and configure personal computers, laptops, servers, and other IT hardware.

• Provide training to colleague and collaborate with 3rd party vendors.

• Perform regular system checks and maintenance to prevent hardware failures.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent.
