Job Summary:

Provide end-to-end IT support and infrastructure management, ensuring seamless operations across systems, networks, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for user issues and IT incidents.
• Manage and resolve user support tickets and change requests related to ERP systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, virtualization environments, network switches, and VoIP systems.
• Perform infrastructure patching, system updates, and routine maintenance.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.
• Administer next-generation endpoint security solutions.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and devices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation.
• Liaise with vendors for IT procurement and related services.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access and device allocation.
• Oversee website maintenance and troubleshoot related issues.
• Support IT project implementation and execution as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management.
• Hands-on, proactive individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
