Job Scope:

• You will attend to phone enquiries from our customers, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.
• Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls in a professional and prompt manner.
• Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.
• Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
• Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements.
• Deliver service requests within stipulated service standards.
• Work collaboratively as a team to clear all queues in the system promptly.
• Attend all compulsory training sessions and team huddles as scheduled or requested by management to maintain service quality and operational alignment.
• Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. A level/ Diploma/ Degree in any field
• No experience as training will be provided

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Receptionist duties to attend to public and client servicing calls • Provide administrative support to Financial Adviser business especially life insurance from new business to servicing

• Take care of data entry of Company’s CRM system, maintenance of CRM data and preparation of reports for the purpose of commission payment • Ensure proper storage of data, both hard and soft copies, of FA operations

• Assist Admin Executive in the daily submission of new business to product providers

• Any other duties that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum O level qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel • Must be meticulous and have eye for details in documentation
