Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Team.
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests a positive dining experience at our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guest with a friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accurate order fulfilment
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with diners and addressing any concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Operating of POS system for processing of payments
- Assist in ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, taking orders, setting tables, and cleaning the restaurant
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in the food and beverage industry would be advantageous
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Strong communication and people skills
- Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Working location: Takashimaya (Orchard MRT) or Dhoby Ghaut MRT area
