Responsibilities

• Organizes travel arrangements including hotel, hire car and visa, work permits, where required.
• Updating of travel data files, personnel data base, controlled documents
• To support sales engineers/customers in providing all quotations
• Assist in monitoring and updating job forecast schedule
• Occasionally required to work outside the normal office hours or weekends (home base or office) due to changing service demands.
• Assisting other team members as required

Requirements

• Experience of using ERP systems / strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Sales and purchase ledger input experience
• Understanding of working with ISO9001 quality system
• Experience in travel arrangement, visa application
• Proficient with the application of the MS-Office software package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, mail systems, Lotus Notes) and some experience of using Oracle ERP system

Key Responsibilities

• Dismantle and remove IT equipment from Level 2 and 3 workstations (e.g. monitors, keyboards, docking stations, LAN cables)
• Transport and store IT equipment in the server room
• Perform inventory stock-taking and ensure proper tracking of assets
• Set up and arrange workstations in the new office location
• Assist with laptop deployment and basic IT setup
