Job Scope:

• Manage daily client communication via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and email
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Onboard new clients explain packages, collect briefs, set expectations
• Send monthly reporting summaries and performance updates to clients

Project Coordination

• Coordinate between clients and designers to ensure briefs are clear and complete
• Track all active projects and deadlines using shared project management tools
• Follow up on approvals, feedback, and pending information from clients
• Flag potential delays to the team proactively before they become problems

Account Management & Retention

• Monitor package usage and initiate renewal conversations before packages expire
• Maintain a client database with key information, preferences, and history
• Assist in preparing quotations and service proposals for new clients

Administrative Support

• Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and filing of signed contracts
• Assist in social media scheduling and posting coordination when needed
• Support the team in preparing materials for client presentations

Must-Have

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken & written)
• Strong WhatsApp and social media communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple clients simultaneously
• Positive, warm, and professional attitude you genuinely enjoy taking care of people
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field; Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred

Job Summary

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and commissioning of pump systems both at the workshop and customer sites. This role requires strong hands-on experience, the ability to work independently, and a proactive mindset to ensure optimal pump performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform pump assembly, disassembly, installation, alignment, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair.Execute scheduled maintenance, overhauls, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) witnessing, SAT (Site Acceptance Test), commissioning, and fine-tuning.
• Diagnose technical issues using technical documents and operating data.Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise on-site service works and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedules.
• Prepare detailed service reports and risk assessments, ensuring strict adherence to WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) requirements.
• Provide prompt technical support to customers and perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in pump servicing and troubleshooting.
• Education: ITE Certificate (Merit), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge: Strong practical knowledge of pumps and mechanical systems.
  
  Skills & Competencies

• Communication: Proficient in spoken English with good reporting skills.
• Licence: Must possess a valid car driving licence (Singapore or convertible preferred).
• Soft Skills: Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
