Job Overview

The Service Contract Specialist, a key member of the Service Back Office team, is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of service contracts. The role ensures timely proposal and renewal of contracts, improves contract profitability, and manages all contract-related data accurately in the system.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Daily responsibilities

• Review and prepare data analysis and findings on service contracts profitability for review meetings using Power-BI.

• To be an SAP Key User and a subject matter expert (SME) for service contracts in the service team.

About the role

• Perform preliminary due diligence checks for deal teams for new potential deals.

• Bachelor’s Degree with experience in corporate/ project finance KYCs preferred.
• Certifications in AML would be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Customer Management, or a related discipline  
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, retail environments 
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing multi-channel teams   
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and operational decision-making skills   
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate business needs into operational execution   
• Ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
