Residents participate in a structured therapeutic environment that includes intensive group programs, daily routines, and one‑on‑one counselling, delivered within a trauma‑informed, recovery‑focused framework.

About the Role
We are seeking a Support Worker – AOD who brings empathy, professional boundaries, and a strong recovery‑oriented approach.
You’ll play a key role in supporting residents through their daily routines and therapeutic program, while contributing to a safe, consistent residential environment alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Engagement: Facilitate resident participation in groups, counselling, and daily program activities.
• Assist Daily Living: Provide practical support with meals, chores, shopping, and medication dispensing.
• Promote Recovery Participation: Encourage involvement in AA/NA meetings and other recovery supports.
