What We’re Looking For
While prior front desk or customer service experience is an advantage, it is not essential—we welcome applicants with the right attitude and a passion for learning.

- Polite, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well in a team
- Responsible, reliable, and efficient with time management
- Good interpersonal and communication (PR) skills
- Competent in written and spoken English for client interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Genuine passion for animal care and welfare
