Purpose of role: 

This role is a full fledge Service Engineer, support the business in Bintulu for MRP contracts and transactional sale. This role will be based in Bintulu.

Key Responsibilities:

·Technical Expertise: Perform seal refurbishment work, provide inspection report, and handle full workflow process. Withdraw the stock from inventory and maintain and manage inventory.

·Field Service & Support: Perform on-site installation, removal, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of mechanical seals and support systems.

·Customer Interaction: Build rapport, provide training on product usage, and assist the sales team with technical discussions.

·Maintenance & Repair: Maintain service center building and equipment in a clean and efficient state, ensuring repair jobs meet quality standards.

·Safety Compliance: Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) procedures and company policies.

**Responsibilities**

• Process Aftermarket sales orders (including eCommerce) through the complete order-to-invoice cycle in accordance with company guidelines and policies
• Manage order input, delivery notes, factory liaison, invoicing, and advance order confirmations to ensure timely on-time delivery
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order processing issues and maintain efficient backlog management with no past due orders
• Prepare and validate documentation for letters of credit and ensure all necessary shipping documentation (customs invoices, packing lists, inspection certificates) complies with foreign trade regulations
• Maintain system and operational transactions in compliance with legal, regulatory, taxation, and corporate requirements
• Organise and update order information on SharePoint/MS Teams, and manage internal reporting and data dashboards
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings and participate in cross-functional initiatives as required
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
