Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting & product training
- Handle enquiries on products, warranty & spare parts
- Analyse warranty claims and prepare reports
- Monitor product quality issues and liaise with factory
- Prepare service manuals & training materials
- Manage defective unit exchange and repair follow-up
- Support product testing, compliance (COC/WELS) & service operations
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Min. 2 years’ experience in electronics / after-sales service
- Experience with home appliances is an advantage
- Able to read schematic diagrams
- Proficient in MS Office
