Service Engineer - Salary $4K – $5.5K
(Semiconductor Handler, SLT, Burn In)
Job Descriptions:
Permanent, Singapore-based Electronics Service Engineer for Semiconductor Instruments. Located east side near Lavender MRT station.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing/Repairing of Semiconductor Tester, Handler, SLT, Prober or Sorter.
- Provide technical support.
- Minimize equipment downtime & ensure customer satisfaction.
- Independently resolve complex Electrical, Mechanical, and Software integration issues .
- Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Analysis capability.
- Knowledge of signal integrity,thermal control systems, or high-power test environments .
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and system architecture.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering with preferably 4 years’ of experience in Semiconductor industry.
- Preferably with technical background in areas relating to IC Test equipment.
- Proficient in computer hardware and software.
- Able to learn and assimilate new technology quickly.
- Dynamic, Independent and able to adapt to multi-tasking environment.
- Able to travel around SEA region.
· Class 2/3 driver licence.
· Good work ethics and must be willing to learn and follow instructions
